Through the residue free evaporation of the oils it is secured that oil channels are not blocked and the oil is able to penetrate to all relevant surface areas. So there is no dry running of chain rollers and joints, what extends the lifetime of the chains. Further the use of this non carbonising products enables an easier cleaning of the chains. Chainlife products don't bind dust as other conventional oils. This leads also to extended cleaning intervals.

The products are applied by drip lubricators to the relevant surfaces. This enables control of the oil consumption. The high effective lubricity, the cleanliness of the lubricant and the controlled ammount of oil used make the Chainlife products highly cost effective and helps through extended life times and maintenance cycles to save cost on oven chains in the glass- and mineral wool industry as well as on all high temperature loaded conveyor systems.
